the briefs we got last week kind of left me feeling stunted to be honest, but i was able to break through that yesterday and today. at first i thought i chose out of order based on my ideas, but i realized scale and illusion works better and makes more sense to the project. i'm working with the idea of crystal gardens. if you don't know what those are, they are just crystals that grow in a solution. i've never grown one myself but i've found a very comprehensive guide and i'll probably just end up buying some quick-fix shit online anyway cuz ima lazy arse. i developed my thoughts a little and introduced a character, a girl, who has this tucked away altar under an archway perhaps, with fragments representing something.. i'm not sure what yet... but i like where its going and what i've come up with so far. i've done a few silly sketches and i've got ideas in my brainbrain.
nag champa is my favorite scent of late. i want to go to india.
